Its job must be creative and productive; the job must confront this
person with challenges; the job must burden this person with personal
responsibility. It will always be an added inducement to this person to
take a job if the work will bring it into contact with persons of
reputation––celebrities, doers, men and women it can admire
and strive to emulate and whose company it can enjoy. |
